ELIGIBILITY
Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This competition is open to any person resident in the UK who is 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Herok or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible, nor are members of these employees’ families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners).

TIMING
This competition runs from 4th November 2014. The closing date of this competition is 30th January 2015. Entries must reach us no later than the closing date.

By entering the competition and supplying your information, you consent to receive relevant future contact via e-mail. We will NOT pass on your email address to any third parties.
SELECTION OF WINNERS
The winner will be determined by a draw. The winner will be notified on Facebook by 10th February 2015. The winner may be required to become involved in further publicity or advertising.
PRIZE
One prize of an Early Years Mobile Kinderbox is available. Prize is as stated and non transferable. No cash or other alternatives available. Herok reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The prize will be delivered on a mutually agreed date.
WINNERS LIST
The winner consents to their name being made publicly available. The winner’s name will be available for a period of 2 months after the closing date by email request.
OTHER
No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this competition or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Herok’s decision shall be final. Herok reserve the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this competition at any time without notice.
